I consider it case by case, generally for clients I have already met in session and whose discipline I have seen for myself.
How it is arranged

What it is not
It is not a commitment to permanent lockup, nor a test of endurance against your health. Any arrangement includes an agreed way to remove the device in an emergency, and I expect you to use it if your body tells you to.
