What services do you offer?
I provide bespoke BDSM experiences, meticulously crafted to your desires, boundaries, and comfort. From power-exchange dynamics and discipline to roleplay, sensory play, and control-focused sessions, each encounter is entirely unique. How do I book a session?
Bookings are made in advance through my contact form, email, or WhatsApp. Kindly provide a brief and polite introduction with a summary of your interests to charlotteowinter@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +44 7377 874865. WhatsApp is for messages only; unarranged calls will be ignored. Please read my booking etiquette before you write.
Where are you available for sessions and do you travel?
Sessions take place in private luxury BDSM suites in London: the BDSM Penthouse at Tower Bridge and the Bayswater Dungeon in West London, close to Paddington station. On occasion, I may offer overnight visits at the dungeon or other suitable locations if I deem you an appropriate and compatible client. Travel arrangements and any additional fees are discussed beforehand.
What are your working hours?
I am available Monday to Friday by appointment. Specific times are arranged to suit both our schedules. Early communication is encouraged to secure your preferred hour.
Do you offer same-day or short-notice appointments?
Occasionally, depending on my schedule. To enquire, please use the proper channels (email or WhatsApp) and include “SHORT NOTICE REQUEST” in the subject line. This ensures your message is prioritised and considered with care.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is always required, safeguarding both your time and mine. It is non-refundable, though it may be transferable under certain circumstances with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Payments can be made via bank transfer or a secure platform such as Tipfunder.
How much is a session?
My tribute is £250 for one hour, £375 for an hour and a half, £500 for two hours and £700 for three hours; extended experiences and overnight stays are discussed case by case. Rates are not negotiable. The full structure is in my booking etiquette.
Is everything confidential?
Absolutely. Discretion is paramount. All communications, personal details, and session content remain strictly confidential. I expect the same in return; should we meet in public, complete discretion is required.
What are your boundaries?
I operate within clearly defined limits. I will never engage in unsafe, non-consensual, or illegal acts. Requests outside my boundaries will be declined with professionalism and respect.
Do you allow photography or recording?
No. Recording or photography is forbidden unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
Do you see women, men, and non-binary clients?
Yes. I welcome all genders and orientations, with the expectation of respectful conduct at all times. If this is your first experience, read your first session before you write.
Do you offer aftercare?
Aftercare is an essential part of responsible BDSM. It may include grounding conversation, reassurance, and time to decompress, tailored to your individual needs.
